  • What is Toveedo?

    Toveedo is an APP and website that has a wide variety of educational, fun entertainment for kids in a safe, ad-free space. In today’s day and age, even very young children spend time watching videos and Toveedo ensures that the content that we create and license is up to our Torah values.

  • How much is it?

    The Toveedo subscription is $129.99/year, which comes to be less than $11 a month!

  • Is subscribing through the APP (Apple and Android) more expensive?

    Yes, signing up via the app "in app purchase" will be about $8 more expensive.

  • Do you offer monthly subscriptions?

    At this point in time we only offer yearly subscriptions.

  • How many videos are included with my subscription?

    The Toveedo library contains over 1,000 videos including the newest music videos out there. We regularly add NEW and EXCLUSIVE content to our site.

  • What age is Toveedo geared towards?

    Our content is geared towards kids up to the age of 10. Although admittingly, the older siblings and their parents enjoy Toveedo just as much!

  • Which devices is your APP compatible with?

    Our APP is compatible with Apple, Android, Apple TV, Android TV, Roku, and Amazon TV.

  • Can I watch videos without WiFi?

    Of course! That’s the beauty of our APP. You can download videos to your actual device using your Wifi, so when you don’t have WiFi you can still view them. Although there is no limit to how many you download, it does depend on how much storage room you have on your device.

  • Can I share my password?

    Sorry! Only the family who paid to sign up can use it. If everyone shared accounts we wouldn’t be able to continue creating and producing amazing content. By signing up you get to enjoy great content and help us create more!

    We can see in our back end if an account has above average log-ins and videos plays. We reserve the right to freeze your account until verified that your password has not been shared.

  • Can my kids watch at the same time on different devices?

    Yes! Each account can have up to 3 devices logged in at the same time.

  • How do I renew my subscription once the year is up?

    Your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged on your renewal date. If you do not want to renew your account, you will need to log into your account on our website and select: ‘Cancel subscription’, prior to your renewal date.

  • How do I put a different Credit Card on file?

    Please note, this can only be done on a desktop. Log into your account, select Dashboard Billing > Use another card. Enter card information.

  • Are your videos copyright?

    Yes! According to EVERY Rav (From Rav Eliashev to Rav Moshe Feinsten and Rabbi Shochet) they all say that copying/sharing is stealing! (And of course is one of the Ten Commandments!) One can compare it to walking into a store and taking a bottle of milk off the shelf and not paying.

  • Refunds

    Refunds are provided for accidental purchases, such as, “My child accidentally pressed ‘Buy’.” and unwanted/unauthorized subscription renewals. Please note, if we see in our back end that the video has been accessed multiple times, no refund will be provided.

  • Can I download and save videos to my computer?

    Sorry, downloads are only compatible with mobile apps.

  • Why am I getting billed by ‘Torah Treasure’?

    Your bill might come up as Torah Treasure! When we started this company 10+ years ago it was to produce DVD’s. However, over the past few years the direction of Torah Treasure has moved. Thus we rebranded and changed our name, although the billing remains from Torah Treasure.

  • How Can I reset my password?

    Password resets can only be done on the Toveedo website. Log in with your username and there will be a button to select for ‘forgot password.’ You can also use this link.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    If you subscribed via the website: Toveedo.com > Dashboard > Billing > Change plan > Cancel Membership

    If you subscribed via iTunes or the Play Store, you must cancel from the settings on your device.
