I can’t log into my account: Help!
- Check to make sure you are using the correct user ID
- Check to make sure you spelled your ID and password correctly.
- Ensure that your account still has access. If your subscription was over and we could not renew your credit card, you won’t have access.
- Make sure your internet is working.
-Make sure you are not logged into too many accounts.
- Did you get a welcome email? If not you may have misspelled your email.

I can log into my account but the video won’t play!
If you have a filter (even if you unblocked our site) it probably is blocking the video from playing. Please speak to your filter provider and see how you can enable our videos.
- Check your internet speed and proximity to the router. The closer to the router, the better internet you will have.
- Refresh the page.
- Confirm your software is up to date on the latest version.
- Log out and then log back in

Help! The Website is down!
Guess what? Unless the whole internet goes out, the website won’t ever be down. There could be a few issues that are prohibiting your videos from working. Try any of these tips, and hopefully one will work for you! If none work, shoot us an email.
1. Check your internet connection. It may be as simple as that.
2. Reboot your computer.
3. Clear your internet cache.
4. If you have a filter, make sure Toveedo is authorized.
